We strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every order. However, due to the nature of our products, please review the following policy carefully:

Customized Products

• No Returns: Customized products are non-returnable once the design is approved and printing has commenced.

• Final Approval: By finalizing the design and placing the order, you acknowledge and accept the final version of the product. No return or refund claims will be accepted after this stage.

Defective or Damaged Items

• If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, we will offer a 100% refund or a replacement, depending on your preference.

• To initiate a claim, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the damaged/defective item.

Non-Customized Products

• If applicable (for non-custom items), returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition. Return shipping charges may apply.

General Conditions

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.

• We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above criteria.
